Wall Cladding Aluminum Composite Panel
Specifications
PE aluminum composite panel s is essentially composed of three layers which together along with a coating of PE combine to form a highly insulated flat panel. The two layers of aluminum sheets are bonded together permanently with an internal core of polyethylene which when coated through PE makes the surface even more flat and highly resistant. An important point is that only the front of the panel is coated with PE (Polyester) Paint so that maximum damage can be absorbed without damaging the interior core and sheet.

1) Our aluminum composite panel is with light weight, high intensity, and easy to maintain, cut, bend, arch and install. The panel average weight is 3.5 – 5.5 kg/sqm

3) Alumetal aluminum composite panel surface is dust-proof treated, smooth, flat and easy to maintain; just a neutral cleaner with water can totally renew the panel

Protective film
A layer of PE plastic tape, to protect the panel surface from scratch or damage. The thickness and sticky standard are various upon different supplier.
Color coating
By function: PE & PVDF. PE is used for interior, with 10 year life-long expectancy; PVDF coating, with resistance on UV, acid and alkali, is more suitable for exterior usage, with 15-20 year guarantee.
