Why Chameleon ACP?
Inspirited by themes from nature such as iridescent colors, the surface coated with a special high gloss painting, bringing us a smooth and colorful feeling. From morning to dusk, when the sunshine changes its direction and angle, the building will show different natural colors because of Huabond Chameleon special paints.
Huabond always uses high quality fluorocarbon paint, even it is installed exterior, will not influence its life, also can ensure the color still bright.
Application for: Special visual decoration, such as art building, Ads Show, etc.
Structure
1. Protect film on the panel surface.
2. Face sheet: aluminum roll coated with PE(interior use) or PVDF(exterior use).
3. Polymeric membrane composites the aluminium rolls sheet onto core.
4. LDPE core or Fire-retardant core(Class B, FR, A2), which is made from low density polyethylene or fireproof materials.
5. Rear sheet: Aluminium roll, mill finish or with coating PE or PVDF.
6. Optional protect film on the rear side.
Features

3. Excellent corrosion resistance and weather resistance.
4. Safety(Fire Resistance) --Recommend.
Normal core: The core plate adopts environment-friendly halogen free flame retardant PE, and the combustion performance reaches the requirement of GB 8624 B1 class.
Optional fire-retardant core meeting the building code of USA, EU as below.
Europe standard: EN13501 passed. Class B-s1.d0,
Europe standard: EN13501 passed. Class A2-s1,d0
American standard: NFPA 285 passed. E119: 2Hours Fire Resistance passed.

Protective film
A layer of PE plastic tape, to protect the panel surface from scratch or damage. The thickness and sticky standard are various upon different supplier.
Color coating
By function: PE & PVDF. PE is used for interior, with 10 year life-long expectancy; PVDF coating, with resistance on UV, acid and alkali, is more suitable for exterior usage, with 15-20 year guarantee.
By color/pattern: solid color, metallic color, brushed finish, mirror finish, marble pattern, wooden pattern.
Aluminum skin
AA1100 and AA3003 are standard, other series are optional upon specified order.
Polyethylene core
By color: White PE core and Black PE core;
By function: Normal PE core, unbreakable PE core and fire-rated PE core.
