Zinc composite panel is a type of flat panel with sandwiched structure that consists of a Zinc sheet on the surface & an aluminum sheet on the bottom, bonded to LDPE core or Fire-retardant core. Zinc composite panel is ideal material for interior & exterior decoration of a modern building, such as facade, cladding, curtain wall, ceiling etc.
A new type of high-grade building decoration material is made of titanium-zinc alloy plate as the panel, aluminum plate as the backing plate and high-pressure low-density polyethylene (LDPE) as the core material. It combines the characteristics of titanium-zinc plate (strong metal texture, surface self-repairing function, long service life, good plasticity, etc.) combined with the advantages of high strength, good flatness, light weight and low price of composite sheet. for high-end building curtain wall, roofing, indoor and outdoor decoration.

The surface naturally forms a dense oxide layer (zinc carbonate salt) to prevent further corrosion, and the panel does not require coating or other anti-corrosion treatment. It has the function of self-repairing, that is, the scratched area can automatically heal without leaving traces after being oxidized for a period of time.
The 1mm thick titanium zinc plate can be used in the natural environment for more than 200 years.
