Test Standard
1) Coating hardness (pencil hardness) more than 2H.
2) coating adhesive : no lower than 1 grade ,Our standard is 0 grade.
3) Impact resistance: No cracking and peeling (50kg/cm ,ASTMD-2794:1993)
4) Flexibility (T-bend): AC,PE coating is 2T , PVDF coating is 3T.
5) MEK resistance: AC coating more than 100times, PE, PVDF coating more than 150 times.
6) Boiling water resistance: No change (2 hours).
7) Color tolerance: ΔE≤0.5

We are honored to offer you samples. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost. The samples are free for you, this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.
