Aluminum honeycomb is a sort of sandwich panel consisting of two aluminium plates as face panels and hexagonal aluminium honeycomb cell as core materials, bonded together by aviation-purpose glue or macromolecule lamination film. The surface of the HUABOND® aluminum honeycomb panels are made of aluminum alloy plates roller coated with PVDF or Polyester (PE) according to the purpose.
The Panels are roller coated with 70% Fluorocarbon Knyar 500 PVDF resins which are procured from world renowned paint suppliers such as Beckers ®, PPG ® etc. The rear sides of all Panels come with a Mill Finish, Polyester Premier coating or a Full Polyester Coating(Optional).
