Many commercial construction projects often use aluminum composite panels in curtain wall projects. The following points should be paid attention to during the installation and use of aluminum composite panels including aluminum composite panel projects:
1. The aluminum composite panel should be stored or installed in a dry and ventilated place, avoid water accumulation, and the ambient temperature should not be higher than 70°C. Avoid installation in harsh environments such as smoke, dust, wind and sand, radiation, harmful gases, and chemical environments.
2. When used for arc-shaped surface decoration, do not complete it in one step. The bending radius should be greater than 30cm. Use bending equipment to bend the aluminum composite panel, slowly and hard, so that the panel gradually reaches the required curved surface.
3. When grooving, you should use a round head or ≥90 degree V-shaped flat-head saw blade or milling cutter for grooving, and a 0.2-0.3mm thick plastic core board should be bent together with the panel to increase the strength and toughness and prevent aluminum chips Oxidation. Too sharp corners or cutting damage to the aluminum panel or too thick plastic left will cause the aluminum panel to break or the paint film to burst during bending.
4. In order to maintain the flatness of the aluminum composite panel project and enhance its wind resistance, the aluminum composite panel needs to be lined with a skeleton and glued with the panel after bending.
5. When bending the edges, use uniform force and do not bend repeatedly, otherwise the aluminum composite panel will be broken.
6. In order to avoid parallax, the aluminum composite panels should be installed on the same plane in the same process direction.
7. After the aluminum composite panel is installed, the protective film should be removed within 45 days to prevent the protective film from aging. Glue may be left when tearing the film.
8. The aluminum composite panels must be laid flat during transportation or storage. During the transportation process, the four sides of the panel must be lifted at the same time, and do not drag it unilaterally to avoid scratching the panel surface.
9. If the surface of the panel is contaminated during construction or use, it can be cleaned with neutral detergent. Do not use strong acid or strong alkaline detergent to clean it, which may damage the panel surface.
