① The measurement of dimensions is to ensure that the dimensions on site are consistent with those on the design drawings.
② Welding on the facade of the main structure is to fix the steel frame with connectors to stabilize it.
③The steel frame is welded in advance. The installation position of the steel frame is accurate and the connection is firm. After installation, check the center line, surface elevation, etc. In order to ensure the installation accuracy of the board, the deformation joints, settlement joints, and variable cross-sections are properly handled to meet the use requirements.
④ Stick double-sided tape on the back of the aluminum composite panel and apply structural adhesive.
⑤ When installing the aluminum composite panel, construction workers should wear clean gloves to prevent contamination of the panel surface and scratches on their arms. And pay attention to the installation direction of the aluminum composite panel, that is, the direction of the arrow on the back of the panel or the protective film should be consistent.
⑥ Lay the connecting wires of the luminous characters according to the drawings and the positions of the character molds.
⑦ Install the designed advertising door characters.
3. Notes:
① The variety, quality, color, pattern and lines of the aluminum composite panel should meet the design requirements;
② If the advertising signboard frame uses a light steel keel, its specifications and shape should meet the design requirements, and rust removal and rust prevention treatment should be carried out;
③ When installing aluminum composite panels, it is advisable to use black structural adhesive that is durable for more than 5 years. The adhesive should be applied more than double-sided adhesive. The adhesive for stainless steel should be applied in larger amounts to ensure that the adhesive is adhered to the aluminum composite panel.
④ After the installation of the aluminum composite panel, remember to tear off the protective film after 3 days. It will be difficult to tear off after too long, and it may also leave stains that affect its appearance.
